Top 10 cancer tissue array (15 major types from Oriental and Western population), 20 cases/39 cores

Microarray Panel:Multiple tumor tissue microarray, 15 major types of cancer (back skin, bladder, breast, colon, rectal, kidney, liver, lung, lymph node, ovary, pancreas, prostate, skin and uterus) covering top 10 cancers both in the East and West from 12 anatomic sites. Most types have duplicates from different patients with corresponding uninvolved tissues as controls
Cores:39
Cases:20
Layout:8 cols × 5 rows
Core Diameter:2 mm
Thickness:4 µm
Quality Control:H&E, IHC anti-Cytokeratin
Applications:Routine histology procedures including ImmunoHistochemistry (IHC) and In Situ Hybridization (ISH), protocols which can be found on our support page.
Notes:Unless specified, all TMA slides are not coated with extra layer of paraffin (tissue cores can be easily seen on the glass), so there is no need to bake, can be directly put into xylene for de-paraffin procedure.

† For precise diagnosis, refer to pathology description.

TNM grading:

T - Primary tumor
Tx - Primary tumor cannot be assessed
T0 - No evidence of primary tumor
Tis - Carcinoma in situ; intraepithelial or invasion of lamina propria
T1 - Tumor invades submucosa
T2 - Tumor invades muscularis propria
T3 - Tumor invades through muscularis propria into subserosa or into non-peritonealized pericolic or perirectal tissues.
T4 - Tumor directly invades other organs or structures and/or perforate visceral peritoneum

N - Regional lymph nodes
Nx - Regional lymph nodes cannot be assessed
N0 - No regional lymph node metastasis
N1 - Metastasis in 1 to 3 regional lymph nodes
N2 - Metastasis in 4 or more regional lymph nodes
