FDA802
FDA normal and tumor organ tissue array of human (2 slide set), replaced by FDA803, 144 cases/144 cores, for FDA guidelines to test tissue specificity of antibodies.
|
|
|
FDA802-1
Multiple normal organ tissue array of human (slide 1 of 2 slide set), replaced by FDA803-1, recommended by FDA to test tissue specificity, 72 cases/ 72 cores
|
|
| Microarray Panel: | FDA normal organ tissue microarray of human, 24 types of normal organs (adrenal gland, bone marrow, breast, cerebellum tissue, cerebrum, colon, esophagus, heart, hypophysis, intestine, kidney, liver, lung, ovary, pancreas, parathyroid gland, prostate, salivary gland, spleen, stomach, testis, thyroid, thymus, tonsil), each organ taken from 3 normal human individuals, together with FDA802-2 to make FDA802 set, single core per case |
| Cores: | 72 |
|
| Cases: | 72 |
| Layout: | 9 cols × 8 rows |
| Core Diameter: | 1.5 mm |
| Thickness: | 5 µm | | Quality Control: | Anti-Actin confirmed | | Applications: | Routine histology procedures including ImmunoHistochemistry (IHC) and In Situ Hybridization (ISH), protocols which can be found on our support page. |
| Notes: | Unless specified, all TMA slides are not coated with extra layer of paraffin (tissue cores can be easily seen on the glass), so there is no need to bake, can be directly put into xylene for de-paraffin procedure. |

FDA802-2
Multiple tumor tissue array (slide 2 of 2 slide set), replaced by FDA803-2, recommended by FDA to test tissue specificity, 72 cases/72 cores
|
|
| Microarray Panel: | Multiple tumor and normal tissue microarray, 54 cases of tumor of varieties of organ tissue and 6 types of normal organ (Uterus, Cervix, Striated muscle, Skin, Nerve, Mesothelium), each organ taken from 3 normal human individuals, together with FDA802-1 to make FDA802 set, single core per case |
|
*Tissue Microarray Slide Types:
- Unstained: unstained
paraffin
tissue microarray slide.
- Trial: tissue microarray trial slide. 10% - 25% of cores missing. Good for titrating antibody dilution and experiment conditions. Limited numbers are available, to 2 per item per order. Test slides (tissue arrays with catalog numbers ending with 241 or 242) are recommended as a substitute.
- H & E: Hematoxylin and Eosin stained tissue microarray slide.
