FDA multiple organ normal tissue array of cynomolgus monkey, 34 organs/99 cores, replaced by CyFDA1a

Microarray Panel:Cynomolgus monkey multiple organ normal tissue microarray, containing 34 types of normal cynomolgus organs (cerebrum, cerebellum, adrenal gland, ovary, rectum, pancreas, greater omentum, lymph node, testis, thyroid, breast, spleen, tonsil, trachea, thymus, bone marrow, lung, heart, esophagus, stomach, small intestine, colon, liver, salivary gland, kidney, prostate, endometrium, uterine cervix, skeletal muscle, skin, peripheral nerve, bladder, eye and larynx), single core per case. Note, pitutary gland was replaced by peripheral nerve, two cases of tonsil was replaced by trachea and one case of ovary by rectum. The larynx, eye and bladder tissue at the end of the array were not required in the original FDA guideline.
Cores:99
Cases:34
Layout:9 cols × 11 rows
Core Diameter:1 mm
Thickness:5 µm
Quality Control:Anti-Actin confirmed
Applications:Routine histology procedures including ImmunoHistochemistry (IHC) and In Situ Hybridization (ISH), protocols which can be found on our support page.
Notes:Unless specified, all TMA slides are not coated with extra layer of paraffin (tissue cores can be easily seen on the glass), so there is no need to bake, can be directly put into xylene for de-paraffin procedure.
