FRA901

Normal rat multiple organ (recommended by FDA) frozen tissue array, slide one, 15 cases/45 cores

FRA901-1

FDA standard normal rat multiple organ frozen tissue array, slide one, 15 cases/45 cores, replaced by FRA901a-1

Microarray Panel:FDA standard normal rat multiple organ frozen tissue microarray, containing 15 major rat normal organs of frozen tissue, triplicate cores per case
Cores:45
Cases:15
Layout:9 cols × 5 rows
Core Diameter:2 mm
Thickness:5 µm
Quality Control:Anti-Actin confirmed
Applications:Routine histology procedures including ImmunoHistochemistry (IHC) and In Situ Hybridization (ISH), protocols which can be found on our support page.
Notes:Tissues were snap frozen in liquid nitrogen immediately after excision and were embedded in OCT. The array sections are 5-8 µm in thickness, mounted on positively charged glass slides, and briefly fixed by cold acetone.
