FRA781

Standard normal rat multiple organ frozen tissue array, two slides, 26 cases/78 cores

FRA781-1

FDA standard normal rat multiple organ frozen tissue array, slide one, 26 cases/78 cores

Microarray Panel:FDA standard normal rat multiple organ frozen tissue microarray, containing 14 major rat normal organs of frozen tissue
Cores:42
Cases:14
Layout:9 cols × 5 rows
Core Diameter:2 mm
Thickness:5 µm
Quality Control:Anti-Actin confirmed
Applications:Routine histology procedures including ImmunoHistochemistry (IHC) and In Situ Hybridization (ISH), protocols which can be found on our support page.
Notes:Tissues were snap frozen in liquid nitrogen immediately after excision and were embedded in OCT. The array sections are 5-8 µm in thickness, mounted on positively charged glass slides, and briefly fixed by cold acetone.
