FMO901

FDA standard normal mouse multiple organ frozen tissue array, two slide set, each contains 15 organs/45 cores, totally 30 organs/90 cores

FMO901-1

Normal mouse multiple organ frozen tissue array, for therapeutic and diagnostic antibody validation, 15 organs/45 cores, slide 1 of 2 tissue arrays

Microarray Panel:Normal mouse multiple organ frozen tissue microarrarray, containing 15 types of normal mouse organs (colon, small intestine, rectrum, stomach, esophagus, liver, pancreas, greater omentum, mesentery, salivary gland, thymus, adrenal gland, bladder, kidney and seminal vesicle), each organ taken from 3 normal mouse individuals, single core per case
Cores:45
Cases:15
Layout:9 cols × 5 rows
Core Diameter:2 mm
Thickness:5 µm
Quality Control:Anti-Actin confirmed
Applications:Routine histology procedures including ImmunoHistochemistry (IHC) and In Situ Hybridization (ISH), protocols which can be found on our support page.
Notes:Tissues were snap frozen in liquid nitrogen immediately after excision and were embedded in OCT. The array sections are 5-8 µm in thickness, mounted on positively charged glass slides, and briefly fixed by cold acetone.
