FMC402

Multiple organ cancer frozen tissue array, with normal tissue 40 cases/40 cores, replaced by FMC402a

Microarray Panel:Multiple organ carcinoma frozen tissue microarray, containing 20 types organ carcinoma (1 each of giant cell tumor, clear cell carcinoma, hepatocellular carcinoma and seminoma, 3 squamous cell carcinoma , 10 adenocarcinoma, 3 invasive ductal carcinoma) and 20 normal tissue, single core per case
Cores:40
Cases:40
Layout:8 cols × 5 rows
Core Diameter:1.5 mm
Thickness:5 µm
Quality Control:Anti-Actin confirmed
Applications:Routine histology procedures including ImmunoHistochemistry (IHC) and In Situ Hybridization (ISH), protocols which can be found on our support page.
Notes:Tissues were snap frozen in liquid nitrogen immediately after excision and were embedded in OCT. The array sections are 5-8 µm in thickness, mounted on positively charged glass slides, and briefly fixed by cold acetone.
