Multiple organ normal frozen tissue array, 15 organs/30 cores

Microarray Panel:Multiple organ normal frozen tissue microarray, containing 15 types of normal human organs (cerebrum, cerebellum, skin, cardiac muscle, lung, salivary gland, liver, spleen, kidney, skeletal muscle, small intestine, colon, stomach, placenta and umbilical cord), each organ taken from 1 normal human individual, duplicate cores per case
Cores:30
Cases:15
Layout:6 cols × 5 rows
Core Diameter:2 mm
Thickness:5 µm
Quality Control:Anti-Actin confirmed
Applications:Routine histology procedures including ImmunoHistochemistry (IHC) and In Situ Hybridization (ISH), protocols which can be found on our support page.
Notes:Tissues were snap frozen in liquid nitrogen immediately after excision and were embedded in OCT. The array sections are 5-8 µm in thickness, mounted on positively charged glass slides, and briefly fixed by cold acetone.
