Normal male dog multiple organ frozen tissue array, 24 organs/24 cores

Microarray Panel:Normal male dog multiple organ frozen tissue microarray, containing 24 types of normal dog organs (testis, prostate, mesothelium, peripheral nerve, bone marrow, thymus, spleen, tonsil, pancreas, liver, rectrum, stomach, small intestine, esophagus, colon, larynx, adrenal gland, skin, skeletal muscle, lung, kidney, cerebellum, cerebrum and cardiac muscle), each organ taken from 1 normal dog individual, single core per case
Cores:28
Cases:28
Layout:7 cols × 4 rows
Core Diameter:2 mm
Thickness:5 µm
Quality Control:Anti-Actin confirmed
Applications:Routine histology procedures including ImmunoHistochemistry (IHC) and In Situ Hybridization (ISH), protocols which can be found on our support page.
Notes:Tissues were snap frozen in liquid nitrogen immediately after excision and were embedded in OCT. The array sections are 5-8 µm in thickness, mounted on positively charged glass slides, and briefly fixed by cold acetone.
