FDA902-2

FDA Standard Frozen Tissue Array, for therapeutic and diagnostic antibody validation for FDA approval, 15 cases/45 cores, replaced by FDA902b-2 tissue arrays

Microarray Panel:FDA Standard Frozen Tissue Array, containing 30 types organ, each organ taken from 3 normal human individuals, triplicate cores per case
Cores:45
Cases:15
Layout:9 cols × 5 rows
Core Diameter:2 mm
Thickness:5 µm
Quality Control:Anti-Actin confirmed
Applications:Routine histology procedures including ImmunoHistochemistry (IHC) and In Situ Hybridization (ISH), protocols which can be found on our support page.
Notes:Tissues were snap frozen in liquid nitrogen immediately after excision and were embedded in OCT. The array sections are 5-8 µm in thickness, mounted on positively charged glass slides, and briefly fixed by cold acetone.
