FBN407a

Multiple organ normal frozen tissue array, 20 cases/40 cores, replaing FBN407

Microarray Panel:Multiple organ normal frozen tissue microarray, containing 20 types of normal organs (salivary gland, esophagus, rectum, stomach, kidney, skeletal muscle, skin, testis, placenta, breast, uterine cervix, endometrium, spleen, lung, cerebrum, nerve, thyroid, pancreas, ovary and prostate), each organ taken from 1 normal human individuals, duplicate cores per case
Cores:40
Cases:20
Layout:8 cols × 5 rows
Core Diameter:2 mm
Thickness:5 µm
Quality Control:Anti-Actin confirmed
Applications:Routine histology procedures including ImmunoHistochemistry (IHC) and In Situ Hybridization (ISH), protocols which can be found on our support page.
Notes:Tissues were snap frozen in liquid nitrogen immediately after excision and were embedded in OCT. The array sections are 5-8 µm in thickness, mounted on positively charged glass slides, and briefly fixed by cold acetone.
