Estrogen receptor (ER) IHC control array, 3 cases/3 cores

Microarray Panel:Estrogen receptor (ER) IHC control with strong, moderate and low/negative expressers. This array contains three cases of invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast. All the tissues were from surgical resection. They were fixed in 10% neutral buffered formalin for 24 hours and processed using identical SOPs Sections were picked onto Superfrost Plus coated Superfrost slides. As validated by IHC, A1 is a strong (+++) expresser, A2 is a moderate (++) expresser while A3 is weak or non-expresser of the ER molecule.
Cores:3
Cases:3
Layout:3 cols × 1 rows
Core Diameter:4.5 mm
Thickness:4 µm
Quality Control:H&E, IHC anti-ER
Applications:Routine histology procedures including ImmunoHistochemistry (IHC) and In Situ Hybridization (ISH), protocols which can be found on our support page.
Notes:Unless specified, all TMA slides are not coated with extra layer of paraffin (tissue cores can be easily seen on the glass), so there is no need to bake, can be directly put into xylene for de-paraffin procedure.
