Purchase, Payment Shipping Information and Product Return
Purchase Orders can be sent through Fax, Telephone or online (either by credit card or Purchase Order) in US and Canada.
For International orders (excluding Canada): please check our distributors page to find our regional distributor. If you cannot find your regional distributor, please order directly from us by using credit card, check or wire payment when placing a direct order online. Purchase orders (PO) without prepaying or credit card are not accepted due to the delay of payment. Please provide your FedEx account number and VAT (if it applies to you) to make the international shipping go smoothly. The shipping fee to most North American and European countries is between $65-95 for paraffin tissue slides or arrays by Fedex International shipping in less than 2 lbs, upto $250 for frozen tissue products shipped in dry-ice by FedEx International with 17 lbs.
Payment term: Net30 for US and Canadian purchase orders and prepay for international orders (Pro forma invoice can be sent for wire prepayment).
Shipping FedEx Standard Next Day or 2nd Day for demestic orders and FedEx International Priority for international orders without handling surcharges. There is $10 surcharge for the custom filing fee for the total value of goods over $2500 billed by FedEx as custom clearance agent. For Australian orders, please make sure to provide AQIS along with order for Custom clearance to Australia.
